Isolation, Your Stress Response and What You Can do to Help it.

In last week's webinar we talked about the effects of Covid19 and the changes it has brought on our hormones and their resulting effect on our health. Nobody is immune. We're all experiencing some kind of stress at times due to this pandemic experience. It's important to stay mindful of our mental and hence, physical health and put in place some steps to stay happy and heathy in that space.
