Chrissy's Coleslaw

1 packet of pre-cut coleslaw (the lazy option to cutting your own)

Equivalent amount of finely chopped kale (this is a Chrissy addition not in the original recipe)

1/4 cup parsley (I use flat leaf)

1/4 green onion (personally, I leave this one out)

Pop it all in a bowl and mix - easy peasy!


100 ml water

3 tablespoon lemon juice (can leave this out if you have no lemon)

3 tablespoon Tahini

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil (personally, I leave this out)

1 teaspoon garlic powder (or fresh if you prefer)

1 teaspoon onion powder (personally, I leave this out)

pinch salt

black pepper or pinch of cayenne

Throw into a glass jar and shake (or use a bar mix if you have one handy). Pour on the salad and toss until all evenly coated.

This lasts about 2-4 meals.
